Initial Nutrition Assessment
Your first session is a comprehensive 90-minute deep dive — we gather your full eating disorder history, health background, current eating patterns, and what recovery looks like for you. No rushing, no assumptions.

Follow-Up Nutrition Sessions
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions that evolve with your recovery. We work through the real stuff — patterns, setbacks, wins, skills, and the week-by-week progress that adds up to lasting change.
- 50 minutes per session, fully individualized
- Nutrition education relevant to your recovery stage
- Review of eating patterns and behaviors
- Weekly goal setting and accountability
- Coordination with your treatment team
Virtual Food Exposures
Guided challenges to help you work through fear foods in a safe, supportive environment with your dietitian present via telehealth.
Parent & Support Person Sessions
Specialized sessions to bring loved ones into the recovery process — education, communication strategies, and how to support without enabling.
Faith-Based Nutrition Integration
Available upon request — incorporating a Christ-centered perspective into nutrition counseling for those who want faith as part of their healing.
