Who We Support
You're in the right place if you're ready to heal
Our team specializes in supporting people at all stages of the journey toward food freedom and body peace.
Eating Disorder Recovery
Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and more. We meet you where you are, with compassion and clinical expertise at every stage.
Chronic Dieting & Restriction
Years of yo-yo dieting and "clean eating" rules that have left you confused, exhausted, and further from health than when you started.
Disordered Eating Patterns
Emotional eating, binge-restrict cycles, food guilt, and obsessive thoughts about food that make daily life harder than it should be.
Body Image Struggles
A difficult relationship with your body — feeling like your worth is tied to your size or appearance. We take a weight-neutral, HAES-aligned approach.
Intuitive Eating Support
Learning to trust your body again — reconnecting with hunger, fullness, and satisfaction signals without rules, labels, or restriction.
Faith-Based Nutrition Care
A Christ-centered approach to nutrition and body image — available upon request for those who want to integrate faith into their healing journey.

Common Struggles We Understand
Does this sound familiar?
Many of our clients come to us feeling stuck in cycles that feel impossible to break. You don't have to stay there.
Restricting and then binge eating — caught in a cycle you can't seem to break
Confusion about what, when, and how much to eat without a rigid set of rules
Fear of weight gain or your body changing — feeling like it controls your life
Obsessing over calories, macros, or "clean" eating from the moment you wake up
Guilt every time you eat something you've labeled as "bad" or "unhealthy"
Feeling like your body is never good enough — constant self-criticism and shame
Overwhelming, conflicting nutrition advice that leaves you more confused than before
Feeling out of control around food — like you just can't trust yourself
You are not alone — and recovery is possible.

Who We Help Best

Common Client Goals
Break free from restrict-binge cycles. Stop obsessing over food. Make peace with your body. Learn intuitive eating. Recover from an eating disorder with a supportive team. Understand nutrition without diet culture. Eat normally again.
How Support Works
You'll meet with your RDN weekly or bi-weekly via secure telehealth. Sessions are 90 minutes initially, then 50 minutes for follow-ups. We coordinate with your therapy and medical team and provide you with our exclusive Fueled & Free nutrition handbook.
What Happens After You Reach Out
You'll complete a short intake form. We'll verify your insurance benefits — most clients are fully covered. Then we'll match you with the dietitian best suited to your specific needs and schedule your first appointment.
